I love Babymoon Café! When I go there, I know I’ll feel comfortable and get delicious, quality food and friendly service. Wouldn’t you like to eat there after a long flight?

Just five minutes from Raleigh/Durham International Airport, and right off Interstate 40, inside Babymoon Café resides a cozy atmosphere with pictures of Italy, wooden shellacked tables, sturdy chairs, and a starlit ceiling. Any time of year outside seating is a beautiful choice too . . . under the umbrellas or enclosed under stringed lights with mist and the sound of waterfalls. Beautiful blooms in pots or a vine-covered trellis add to Babymoon’s ambiance. The evening cloth napkins, sturdy silverware, strong plates and thick glasses . . . filled with delicious water . . speak to Babymoon’s quality.

Babymoon Café is great for an intimate evening. You hear your table mates’ conversation but not your neighbors’. You feel like you’re at home . . . without the work of shopping, prepping, cooking, and clean up.

I have always thought a perfect restaurant is one where you can enjoy all the courses and leave feeling satisfied but not stuffed. Babymoon Café qualifies.

You might need to quench the hunger pangs of meat munchers, carb cravers, vegans or vegetarians! You may have food challenges but I know there’s something on the menu you can eat. The black-clad wait staff graciously answers questions. When they can’t, they check with the Chef. I find this very helpful when considering people’s food preferences.

My husband and I have enjoyed Babymoon for several years. It’s our “go to” place for special occasions. Date lunches are great fun when I’m in the area.

We first heard about Babymoon when a business vendor brought my husband there for lunch. He raved about the food and brought me there to experience his new favorite restaurant, which quickly became mine. You’ll love Babymoon too!

The homemade bread served with a dish of oil, vinegar, and spices helped us wait for our entrees . . . which didn’t take long to arrive.

Lobster Ravioli is our daughter’s favorite dish at Babymoon Café. The look of ecstasy on her face silently speaks volumes testifying to her tantalized taste buds.

Porcini Mushroom Ravioli is our eldest son’s first choice. Every . . .bite . . . devoured. Actually, all of our plates were respectfully clear.

When our diet had to change, we were thrilled to find “The Jeffrey.” This salad offers a variety of textures and flavors: chicken, steak, Greek olives, roasted peppers, Tuscan beans, mixed greens, goat cheese, and tomatoes. We love the grilled salmon and smashed potatoes too!

If you are so inclined, there’s a fabulous wine list. And decadent desserts . . .big enough to share . . . bring sweet tooth satisfaction.
